The Name You Should Know Award is given annually by The Alliance for Business Leadership to a business leader under the age of 45 who is deserving of public recognition for his or her commitment to social responsibility and civic engagement, and for using his or her role as a leader in the business community to advance causes or issues that create growth and opportunity for all people. The Name You Should Know Award particularly seeks to raise the profile of up-and-coming business leaders making meaningful contributions to civic life. This person is seen as an asset to their organization in thinking strategically, and engages communities in their work.
